Implementation Support

A technology only creates value once a team uses it every day.

AOR stays involved after the decision: site preparation, installation coordination, staff training, workflow integration, service routing and periodic review. Scope is agreed in writing for each engagement.

Phases

How an implementation is organized

  1. 01

    1. Readiness review

Space, power, connectivity, patient flow, staffing and the clinical or operational goal the technology is expected to support.

  2. 02

    2. Delivery and installation

Logistics, receiving, assembly and functional check coordinated with the manufacturer and the authorized partner for your territory.

  3. 03

    3. Team training

Role-based sessions for clinical, technical and administrative staff, with bilingual material and access to the AOR Academy modules for the relevant product line.

  4. 04

    4. Workflow integration

Who operates the equipment, when it is used, how results are documented and how findings reach the responsible clinician.

  5. 05

    5. Service and follow-up

Support contact, service request routing, parts and maintenance coordination, and a scheduled review of adoption after go-live.

What is included

Support tracks

The exact scope depends on the product line, territory and the agreement signed with AOR or its authorized partner.

Clinical enablement

Protocol orientation, session structure and documentation practices aligned with your existing standards of care.

Technical enablement

Setup, calibration where applicable, accessory configuration and basic troubleshooting for on-site staff.

Administrative enablement

Ownership, scheduling, utilization tracking and the internal reporting your leadership will ask for.

Service coordination

A single intake for service requests, with status visible to authorized partners in the AOR portal.

Continuing education

Refresher modules and recertification for new staff, so turnover does not reset your capability.

Adoption review

A structured check on usage and operational measures using the AOR measurement framework, not marketing claims.

Common questions

Before you commit

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on the product line, site readiness and shipping. AOR does not publish a guaranteed timeline; a specific schedule is agreed in writing once readiness review is complete.

Is training included?

Training scope is defined per agreement. Academy modules for the relevant line are available to authorized portal users at no additional charge.

Who provides warranty service?

Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer. AOR coordinates the request and the authorized partner in your territory; AOR does not extend or modify manufacturer warranties.

Planning an installation?

Tell us the setting, the team and the goal. We will outline a realistic readiness and training path.

Implementation scope, timelines and service terms are defined in the written agreement for each engagement. Nothing on this page is a warranty, a clinical determination or a guarantee of outcomes.
